We are seeking a skilled and proactive Power Automate Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, with hands-on experience in both Power Automate for Desktop and Power Automate cloud flows. You will play a key role in transforming business processes through intelligent automation, working closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand pain points.
- Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud).
- Build automation solutions for Windows-based, browser-based, and terminal-based applications.
- Optimize and streamline business workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure alignment of automation initiatives with organizational goals.
- Manage deployment across environments and provide post-deployment support.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies like AI and middleware integration, and contribute to their implementation.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills & Expertise
- Proficiency in Power Automate for Desktop and Power Automate cloud flows.
- Strong understanding of API and database integrations.
- Experience in UI/browser automation, Windows automation, and Citrix automation.
- Familiarity with Azure resources, especially Key Vault.
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance best practices.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: C#, Java, or Python.
- Working knowledge of VBA, Power Fx, and PowerShell.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- PL-500: Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer certification.
- Experience with Power Apps and Dynamics 365.
- Exposure to middleware integration and administrative tasks.
